Solved a problem with my car other garages couldn't very pleased. He said my problem was a tricky one but seemed confident he could find what the trouble was.

Chris did an excellent job, and I'm 100% satisfied with the quality of his work. However, his communication could have been better. My appointment was postponed twice due to supply delays, which is understandable, but I had to consistently follow up with him.

Arrived punctually having telephoned first to check. Started the car with jump leads and recommended a new battery and also a check that the alternator was working (looked to make sure the belt was not damaged). Offered to do the work if required.
