Fantastic service very pleased Gary sorted failed mot out in the same day

Gary came out the same day as requested, which was appreciated, all be it a few hours later than planned. A diagnostic inspection was carried out as expected. The mechanic provided feedback and explained in technical terms what the problem was.

I specifically asked for this to be confirmed in writing, to ensure the repair could be carried out. When the diagnostic report was provided, this wasn't the case and subsequently, this has delayed the repair work and increased costings.

Gary was helpful and explained everything to me and suggested next steps which was very useful

Gary collected my car which was convenient and carried out the job required. Replacement of Front and Back, Discs and Pads which were advisories from a recent MOT. Happy with the work, Thank You.
