Alexandru checked the car over, and rang me to explain what the various things he had noted as amber or red in the report on the car meant, which helped me decide that it was ok to go ahead and buy the car.

They were great, and quick; breaks all work as thought. they also gave me a good tip on servicing in the future.

Van came back with more issues than went in. Had it for a whole week from the Monday to the Friday, didn't start the job untill the Thursday. Told me i would have it back by Thursday, didn't hear from him untill Friday evening. No communication. I had to ring him to see what was going on daily. Then would not answer any calls I left for him. Not to mention the 800 odd to change 4 gaskets.

Alex was fantastic. Friendly and personable. He went through the car diagnostic test and showed me the results. Thereafter gave me great advice on what to do to stop the fault happening again.

Great service. They turned up and within about 10 minutes identified that it wouldn’t be a straight swap due to the model of my car. They took my car back to the garage to get it done properly and had my car back to me the same day.
