The full service was completed; however, the washer bottle was not topped up, and the doors were not greased. When I raised this with the mechanic, the response I received is shown below.

"Your car is 20 years old and by the state of the car in terms of cleaning I can see you don’t pay much attention to it I have seen dirt cars in my time working but, in all honesty, you need to address"
