My car had a starter issue, so I had reservations of being able to get it to my regular mechanics. I booked Clickmechanic on line with no issues arranging a time and date. Rhys called me prior to the appointment advising he was on his way. He arrived within the allotted time and we discussed the fault. He explained that there could be further problems and that he would look beyond my diagnosis and was very reassuring and I felt confident of the service being provided. Mechanic had trouble locating part required but kept me posted on situation at all times, when he gave estimated time of arriving was very punchual and was very quick and efficient with the repair. Very pleased.
