Hi Chris, With regards to meeting the mechanic unfortunately because it was a pre- purchase inspection our job is to carry out the inspection at the location of the vehicle regardless of the customer present or not. Also you had booked for Sunday when the dealership is closed, luckily was able to talk to the dealers and re-schedule it for Saturday. Also I tried to contact you after the job, unfortunately was not able to reach you. Hopefully you received the inspection report of the vehicle and it was able to help you with your decision on purchasing the vehicle.

Clutch went on my car but luckily I was able to get home. After looking at a number of options I went with Click Mechanic. Using their portal was simple and I liked I had a signed in personal page that kept me updated. Praj picked up the job and I was impressed with his knowledge and communication was also good. He was able to complete the job at my home speedily and with no mess. Car feels like new. Would recommend.
