I didn't get to speak with the mechanic. The online fields weren't clear to me which phone number was needed so I put the dealer's phone number twice. However, I did pay for the phone call and he had the dealer's number who's obviously got my contact details so I would have expected the mechanic to make a bit of an effort to get my number and give me a call.
The mechanic found 2 faults which was great, but just ticked good for everything else. The vehicle is just over a year old so I would have expected some to be excellent and maybe some to be fair.

Thanks for taking the time to carry out a review.
Unfortunately you did not provide me with a contact number on the booking nor was there any contact details left in the notes section of the booking. On acceptance of a booking you should have been emailed my details so the was an avenue to contact me should there be any concerns or issues with this booking. With regards to the way the report is generated the vehicle is not a brand new vehicle off of the production line it is a used vehicle so to grade something as excellent is unobtainable but in good working condition meets the criteria of what was seen.
My communication is highly recommended by over 30+ customers please rest assured should I have had a contact number or had your message been passed on by the dealer you would have had an in-depth call on completion.
