Very personable young man, arrived on time, even got a half hour time slot on the morning he was due, which was great. He worked in the freezing cold (and snow) to change the front brake pads on my van. he had noticed a noise when turning the steering wheel and pointed it out to me, I told him that it had just had a service at a local dealership, so he went through the other things that they should have done, and he found another 3 things that were instantly visible that they hadnt carried out! He didnt need to do any of this, but he seems to be a genuinely caring mechanic...Yes I found one!! A really nice person. Would i recommend him? YES without hesitation, he didnt need to stand in the freezing cold snow to check that my van was OK for me, but he did, he took the time, and did it not for gain, but for my safety. Thank You Ash.
