Azhar did a great job and saved me from buying an absolutely awful car. The list of issues was massive and because I was buying at a distance also saved me form a long and diappointing journey to the vehicle. The feedback was comprehensive both over the phone and the actual 44 page report!

Azhar was highly professional throughout the entire process and the quality of his work was first class.
The 47 page report he produced was excellent, very detailed and contained numerous informative photographs. This was perfect as I was 200 miles away and he was able to show and advise me on the areas I was unable to get to see personally.
He highlighted areas where the car was in good condition and where he was concerned and I was able to make my decision quickly based on his knowledge. He kept me informed at all times and phoned me with a summary at the earliest opportunity. His report was published very shortly afterwards. Azhar was brilliant. Brilliant communication pre and post reviewing the car. Identified a couple of issues with sensors in the bonnet and boot, rear bumper sticking out and marks on passenger seats. The dealer has now arranged for these issues to be solved. Azhar gave me peace of mind that the car I was purchasing was in good nick. Highly recommend and will definitely use ClickMechanic again. Azhar provided a great report with several back up phone calls, I was unable to attend the inspection as I'm 200 miles away from the car in question but with his input I have managed to negotiate some fixes that were needed on the car before I buy it. His input and knowledge have been very useful as now I can also bargain over the price without even seeing the car!

I now feel safe in the knowledge that the car is road worthy and ready for a long journey to its new home!
