Azhar was lovely - he arrived on time and was polite friendly professional and very helpful. He carried out the pre sale assessment efficiently and was very thorough. He was happy to answer my questions and handled the owner with care and sensitivy completing all the checks despite the bitterly cold weather within expected time. His report was very detailed clear and informative with many supporting photos. It arrived within 12 hours and Azhar was happy to pre arrange a phone call once I'd had time to absorb the findings. His follow-up call was very informative clarifying certain findings that were a bit too technical for myself and he was very patient with my many questions.
