I booked a premium pre purchase inspection for peace of mind when buying a used van via auto trader. I'd never used ClickMechanic before. I needed an appointment at short notice (2 days), it took minutes to book and was really simple to do. My booking was accepted in about 10 mins. I received the name and contact details of my mechanic and updates.

My mechanic was Jonathan, communication was great, and he did a fantastic, thorough job.

I saved so much money using ClickMechanic because the AA and RAC would of been twice as much, these also only carry out inspections Monday to Friday, ClickMechanic work Saturdays too.

I was emailed a detailed report of all findings so I knew exactly what I was buying and highlighted any issues which thankfully were minimal.

He gave me all the time I needed on the follow up phone call to discuss the car and his knowledge, eye for detail and general passion for what he does was obvious.
