Over the weekend, the suspension spring on my wife's Mini unexpectedly snapped—fortunately, it happened in our driveway, but it left the car undrivable. This was a serious issue since she relies on the car for her work as a community nurse. I scheduled a repair with ClickMechanic for Monday to have both springs replaced at a fixed price.
