Nigel was a really nice guy
he actually arrived slightly early and did everything he was tasked to do, I have had mixed experiences with click mechanic in the past but no complaints this time.

Steve was very good. The job was all completed successfully apart from one very small thing, he didnt reset the service request on the onboard computer.

Steven was so friendly and had my car back before the time he said it would be done would recommend him to anyone

The mechanic was friendly and punctual. I can’t say how knowledgeable as we only spent <5 mts.

Regarding the quality of service carried, I am not happy. When I opened the Bonet I could find a tool kept inside it! If I had not opened it to check, could have been potentially dangerous. Also, the screen wash was not topped up! Not sure about the break and the clutch fluids as I couldn’t check them.
Also, I could see more stains on the car body which clearly shows they have not cleaned the mess that could have happened during service!

Work done was fantastic and arrived 20 mins early. Car was dropped off, but I was just handed the key, would have liked some sort of chat about work done and how it was. Apart from that everything was spot on. Would recommend.
