NEVER AGAIN. 1.Paid for a mechanic vetted by Click mechanic who brought along someone not vetted. Click mechanic had cheek to support their mechanic when I raised issue with this even though it's against their policy. 2. Pre purchase inspection should have taken 1-2hrs, job was done in 20mins! What a joke. Then mechanic has cheek to bill me for 1.6hrs. 3. Mechanic first tells me it took him 20 mins, then when I raised matter to resolution he says took 25mins and when he gets asked by Click mechanic he says 30 mins, what's the truth. 4. In resolution company sided against consumer, even though all the facts proved otherwise.

Conclusion: Better off paying more and getting job done by AA or RAC. Learnt my lesson. Read more

Steve was very punctual, courteous and sorted the problem with my sons car in no time at all, I would highly recommend him he was very friendly and professional and will use him again if there are any more problems
