Joshua arrive on time.change clutch test drive clutch slipping .Got another clutch unit later that day and test drive. Excellent job done..gave 3 stars after seeing a gearbox bolt loose not tighten up and found another bolt was longer than the hole had to put a spacer to tighten bolt.also reverse switch unit got damage after being dragged on the floor .either removing gearbox ot putting in. Twice..had to remove switch and remove the scruff edge so I could get reverse lights and rear parking.also 12 months warranty. But euro car parts give 2 years warranty i found out. WHY

JozSef arrived on the dot and completed the clutch replacement in very good time. Car is back on the road and everything back to normal.

Jozsef did an inspection report for a car that I had just bought and was within the 30-day policy. After I noticed some issues shortly after taking ownership, I asked Click Mechanic to conduct a report. Jozsef was a great guy; he was very informative and provided a thorough report on the car I had just acquired. The report highlighted the issues and detailed what was needed to fix them and bring the car up to a good standard.

I presented this report back to the garage, which was initially unwilling to cooperate. The information gave me an advantage regarding my consumer rights, as I had the option to reject the car and request a full refund. However, the garage eventually agreed to collect the car from my home and repair it in accordance with the report. Additionally, I successfully claimed my money back for the Click Mechanic report. I booked a Pre-purchase Inspection on a car I was considering buying. Jozsef attended and undertook the inspection and rang from site with an update on the cars condition. I appreciated he couldn't advise me one way or the other, but his input and subsequent report helped me with my decision to proceed.
Jozsef was very knowledgeable and polite.
Unfortunately I don't live locally to the car dealership or to the area Jozsef operates in, but if I did I wouldn't have any issues in using his services again to undertake any car repairs.
