The report was just as I expected and came through very promptly. It seems to have been a comprehensive test and review of the vehicle and gave me the confidence to feel that I had made the right choice. My call to him was not returned, which was a little disappointing.

Jacek was excellent - very happy with the work he done and the issues he identified. Allowed me to go back to the dealer and get agreement for the necessary work to be carried out which they would pay for.
