Nathan was excellent and a genuinely friendly and easy to chat to guy. I feel reassured that I have a good mechanic in the Bristol area and would recommend him to anyone. More than can be said for Click Mechanic - the fact that they think this work was done yesterday rather than today speaks volumes about their system. The phone line number given does not function and you are directed to online only system. This seriously discriminates against anyone with any intellectual/learning difficulties or disabilities, or anyone who does not have internet access/skills or the equipment to do so. I find this disturbing and frustrating in 2022. Unless they do something to correct this I won't be recommending them to anyone. Read more
