Alex was so helpful and friendly. I know absolutely nothing about cars, and was so nervous to be buying my first car. He was very communicative in the lead up, and I happened to be lucky enough to catch him right before he left, when he gave me an honest assessment of the car and some great advice on what might need a repair. I ended up buying the car, which I never would have felt confident about without this service and without Alex's advice.
