He was also very flexible when our car was inadvertenly moved before he arrived: he simply went to the new site. Did the brakes 2 days late - said he couldn’t get the parts for any less than £110 even though quote was £114 including Labour. Cost turned out to be £220 and Labour was £160 to change just the front brake pads. Went to a garage to get back ones done and it was £104 including Labour. Car came back with mud all up the side of it.
