Simon was great. Found the problem and showed me how to change my battery when i get it and what size of tools to use.

Car was parked pointing down the drive, myself and 2 by standers pushed the car of the drive over the road in order to gain access with the jump leads, started 1st turn with the jump leads on, left running, run diagnostic to check charging voltage which was 14.20volts, removed jump leads and it continued to run. Advised original battery had lasted 14yrs.. due to the volume of work, was unable to fit new battery today but offered to call another day... glad its sorted. Good result

I can only apologise for being slightly late, as you can imagine first day back after the Christmas break, the volume of people with breakdowns is higher then normal. As much as I'd love to repair every car at the roadside unfortunately your car requires a gearbox repair as discussed. Regards Simon.

Hi Karl. Thanks for the review after resetting the dpf pressure sensor data, and filter data it enabled us to carry out a forced regeneration process and after 45 minutes on the machine was successful any problems give me a shout.
