Colin came out to investigate my (old) defender not starting. I had managed to get it going by the time he arrived but he still conducted a thorough investigation to give me some peace of mind. He was very personable and explained what he was doing very clearly!

Colin did an excellent job, he kept me updated and then told me to leave him the keys and he'd tell me when it was done. He flagged that he might not have time to change the brake fluid but he managed to get that done as well.
