He was friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient, Did the work in half of the quoted time frame.
However despite prevously assuring my wife that if he finished quicker than the time quoted it would be reflected in the price . However we were charged for 4 .10 hours labour at £423.40 when in fact he was only here for 2.05 hours so his labour cost £211.70 per hour which we feel was excessive. We are pensioners on a fixed income and were stretched to afford these ( necessary ) repairs, so not happy.
