James was fantastic, he let me know the day before and on the day about arrival time. Although he was just due to carry out a non-start inspection, he managed to solve and fix the problem, and provided advice on preventing it happening again.

What didn’t know as the last mechanic booked via yourselves ( not my name ) mr Thomas gamble booked it for me ) did an alternator replacement and he didn’t hook up the pipe to it , my engine was covered in oil and why I was struggling for power while driving too

James showed me the problem explained it all what doing but said hoped this was the issue to be solved
