All of the above, The mechanic was friendly and knowledgable, however The work requires further investigation and at this moment have decided to wait for further funds as price unknown due to complications finding faulty wire, but extremely pleased with mechanic and service thankyou.

I would be happy to recommend this mechanic again. They picked my car up on time and returned it in full working order. They contacted me during the day to keep me updated and even worked over the hours I was billed for to remove a difficult stuck part without charging further.

Must admit that we feel somewhat disappointed with given three stars for the Punctuality. The repairs were scheduled for 8am-10am arrival slot and mechanic did arrive at your place at 10:03am. We have also texted you prior to advice that he was caught in traffic. Also three stars for the communication don't justify the communication consistency we actually did have with you right from the job confirmation texting, part ordering details through to the arrival of our technician.

Mercedes-Benz CLS Front road spring (both) replacement

As a first time user I was a little hesitant. I have a Mercedes cls which had decided to snap a coil Spring not a simple job by any means as I know from experience. I had a local garage visit and as expected wanted £300 labour and could not fix on site as impossible.!!
Click mechanic quoted £100 labour to do both sides (recommended) plus sourced parts cheaper than myself supplying. The mechanic turned up and before I could offer him a tea the car was up in the air and the snapped coil removed.
I would highly recommend click mechanic as they did exactly what they said they would at exactly the price they quoted with no nasty surprises or hidden costs.
Thank you click mechanic I know I shall probably not use anyone else in the future and recommend to all my family and friends.
