We needed a new timing belt and had been vastly over quoted by our local dealer so thought we would give ClickMechanic a try. Andy was brilliant! We had unfortunately had a rubbish experience with our local garage prior to this issue and Andy restored my trust in the profession. He was courteous and friendly. Unfortunately the weather conspired against Andy, meaning he couldn’t get the car back to us maybe as quickly as he would have liked, we had another car so weren’t inconvenienced at all, Andy kept me up to date with how he was getting on and gave realistic and sensible time frames to work with which was massively appreciated.
