Jason knew exactly what he was doing, and when an unexpected issue arose (due my own extremely poor self diagnosis of what was wrong) was happy to take time to talk through options and advise on what had been found and talk through a resolution of how to fix and manage, would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Jason was terrific. His no-fuss and knowledgeable approach was very impressive. The only quibble I have is with the charge. ClickMechanic email said Jason had charged £299.41 to my card, whereas all correspondence from ClickMechanic said the charge would be £277.84.

Toyota RAV4 Brake discs and pads replacement - rear (both)
Wheel hubs thread damaged both sides. Hub nuts seized and crossthreaded had to heat up and take off. Advised customer to have these both re fitted and re threaded very soon with new hub nuts. Discs were also seized and needed extra time to take off.

Job took longer than expected due to complications with my vehicle but Jason stayed over my allocated time, got the job done and advised me what I need to watch out for in the future. Unless I missed it we didn’t get a list of what work was carried out.
Also the drivers side screen washer remained blocked and directed away from the screen. This should have been part of the service.

Hi there
We can certainly help you here the break down we cannot send as its controlled and ran via the click mechanic site, but if you click on your booking and go to service checklist it will bring up the service list for you.
In terms of your screenwash it was topped up fully as it was empty and it was working correctly when on return to you and was not blocked at the time, I can only presume as it was empty it's clogged up by some debris / dirt that has been disturbed from us topping it up but if you need it unblocking and adjusting to suit we would be happy to sort this out for you.
From your punctuality rating we felt saddened by this, we was on time and returned the vehicle on time.
We actually went out of our way and arranged a collection and delivery on the day (a service we do not offer) as you booked a mobile mechanic and actually we established you needed a collection and drop off due to the road parked on work could not be conducted there at all and was permit only.
If you need any help with the checklist or need the washer jets adjusting or unblocked then please send us a quick message and we will get this sorted for you.
