Charlie was very friendly and honest. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. Highly recommend him.

MOT and service. Kept well informed with text messages for when collection would be, MOT results and when the vehicle would be returned. Additionally provided helpful advice for pads that might need changing before next MOT.

Very quick diagnose and repair. Would use him again. Happy with the result.

Charlie told me that everything was fine with the air conditioning system except that it was out of gas. The aircon specialist I took it to a couple of days later said that there was a serious leak in the system and that he could not re-gas it. Charlie clearly missed that.
