Darren was a breath of fresh air. Communicated days before to confirm, in a friendly and helpful manner. Called again on the day and arrived 5mins early. Discussed everything without rushing and in a manner I could understand. Finished the job in the drive and fully tested and demonstrated the repair. I can't recommend him enough. We will certainly be using him in future.

Darren was very helpful, in my case was able to arrange coming earlier which was even more suitable (but this is understandably an exception not a rule, circumstances came together to both of our fortunes). Quickly confirmed what I felt was the problem based on the description of the symptoms, and promptly repaired the car a requested.
