Happy with work - there was an an extra issue and mechanic talked me through it by FaceTime which was great so I could see what he was talking about

Took my car, tried to blackmail me into paying £700 to give my car back, when I didn’t want him to do the work on my car as he kept changing his price. Told me if I didn’t pay the money he would keep my car, after days of hell he finally gave my car back when I went to the police, I had to retrieve my car via tow truck as he said he took my engine out and to bits, hence him wanting so much money, when I received the car he hadn’t done any of that. He was a con man and click mechanic let me put my trust in him and where no help at all. Be warned.

Driver collected car as arranged on time and returned it the following morning all work completed professionally very happy with the clutch replacement and at a very reasonable price i would use Premium Auto Repairs again.

These guys were excellent. They were quick on fixing the suspension that failed on the MOT but they also let me know that the shock absorber on that side was worn and needed replacing. They took a days work to find a way and replace it even though they couldn't find a replacement of the rusty bolt, they created one. Except for this my MOT provider was closed when they finished so they find me someone to go and pass the MOT as I had to pass it urgently.

Amazing Service. Completed the job as quoted, replacing the exhaust down pipe on my Hyundai Tucson. Was slightly late collecting the car but communication was excellent throughout and work was carried out to a very high standard. Cannot recommend Premium Auto Repair enough, and will definitely use them again in future!
