Hi i didnt charge you £20 for not doing any work we both know that. You was charged a late cancellation fee which it clearly states on clickmechanics terms. You booked a job and then decided to cancel the morning of the booking. I lost afew hours on my booking diary as it was reserved for your car. I lost alot more then the £20 which you payed as a cancellation fee
