Extremely happy with the service I received from Reading Auto. They were very informative and explained every step throughout the repair process, even sending me pictures and videos of the job being carried out. Customer service was brilliant and were punctual with picking my car up and dropping it back off. Excellent service with collection and delivery being undertaken in a prompt and courteous manner. Seat covers and floor mat covers supplied. The test drive did not reveal any concerns and a 12 month parts / labour provided. All good service and the price was cheaper than others received.
