Great service all round. Very personal and explained everything well that needed to be done. Our car had to be taken away to his garage to be put on ramp,which was fine,and he brought back the car at no extra charge from the initial quote. Will use them again.

Turnend up on time did car well would reccomend

Dave was very helpful did the work when I wanted it doing told me he had fitted a quality part (front wheel bearing) and checked other three wheel bearings. Could not be faulted. I would recommend him to anyone in the Teesside area

Dave turned up at 15:00 having given a 15:00 - 17:00 timeslot.
He did a thorough inspection and explained his findings throughout, he took the car for a drive to confirm his thoughts and fully diagnose the fault. I now know the issue and I can take steps to have a repair carried out locally.
Dave was friendly and knowledgable, as well as being punctual and helpful.I am very impressed with the Click Mechanic process having only booked the appointment late last night.
