David was friendly and gave my car a good looking over as I had a SRS fault. Cleared the fault. Tested many times but no fault. Fantastic service, explained what he done, and answered my questions. Very happy customer.

The job was not rushed, in fact the only delay seems to have been Audi identifying a part required.
