John was a really nice guy and fixed my car extremely well. My catalytic convertor was stolen and John fixed it properly for a decent cost. He came exactly on the time he promised and in the first day he found that another part was damaged which was not included in the initial quote. Then he found it from the suppliers and fixed my car on the very next day. He was very thoughtful and didn't even charge anything for the first day. And he was really kind enough to take my car battery with him on the first day and charge it over night since it was dead since I couldn't drive it for some time after the theft. And on the second day he had come even before the time he had promised and had started the work even before I got to the car park. I really recommend John for anyone and I recommend ClickMechanic too. This is the first time I used their service and it is a very transparent service and the mechanic coming to my place and fixing the car is great since I don't have to waste my time anymore in garages!! John was brilliant. He texted before hand to let me know what time he would arrive.
He arrived when he said he would and replaced all 4 rotors and calipers well within the time I expected.
After he had finished he test drove the car to make sure everything was ok and also gave me advice on bedding in the brakes.
He also noted a couple of other unrelated points he spotted when working on the car.
Could not review high enough, would definitely use again.
