Work carried out was ok but my parking area is covered in the drained out coolant which is not very good as it is poisonous to animals and I now have to spend time cleaning up!

Booking reference 355868. The mechanic arrived at 6.45pm started work at 7pm and finished at 7.45pm I note that he claims tha job took 1hr50 mins this is not so and I wonder if this is sufficieent time to do a full service so therefore I have 3 stared the quality (just guessing)

Communication between the mechanic and I was fine - communication between the mechanic, the central dispatcher, and me was spotty.

Aaron was polite and helpful and seems to have done quality work. Here's where my issue lies: the estimate was for parts and 2 hrs of labor. Mechanic was here for one hour - no more than 1 hour and 10 minutes. I still get charged for two hours of labor. Does this seem logical for you? If that's standard practice it'll be hard to recommend the service.
