Ricky was very helpful and kept in close contact during a remote inspection for me. (300 odd miles away!) With the Covid restrictions in place, I was happy with the help and efficiancy offered by Ricky and Clickmechanic in the purchase of my new vehicle, the full report and photo's swayed the decision!

Ricky arrived at the time allocated and after a short discussion about the my problem (automatic transmission limp mode) he determined the fault code and eraised it from the ECU. After a short test drive to see if the fault recurred, he tested again. No return of fault, would highly recommend.
