I didn't meet the mechanic, so rating him is difficult.
The car was collected as planned, and a few hours later it was returned, with no known problems.
I can't comment on the work carried out as I can't see anything, but the car is running ok.
I also can't comment on communication as there wasn't much.

Did a good job changing the timing belt for my Citroen C4. Were very knowledgeable and also cleaned the filter of old belt residue for a proper job done.
