Marley was very friendly and helpful and he successfully fixed my car. We had a couple of unexpected events which he dealt with very calmly and professionally. The task was to replace all 4 glow plugs in my diesel VW Passat's engine. First issue: one of the glow plugs was a special type with an integrated pressure sensor and Marley did not have one with him (this was not his fault; the booking notes did not specify this). So Marley explained the situation to me, phoned around to find a local stockist (on a Sunday afternoon) and went to get the right item there and then. But after he returned and fitted the plugs, there was a second issue: the car engine would not start. This seemed more serious. Marley explained that he could not diagnose the issue immediately and we talked through what it might mean. He arranged for my car to be collected and taken to his garage where he could diagnose the issue properly. With this done, he was able to fix it and I had my car back and in perfect working order less than 24 hours later. Throughout this time Marley was great at keeping me updated on the progress.
