I cannot praise Glen and his team highly enough. They were fantastic from start to end: superb communication, service, and they went the extra mile with my car. Furthermore, despite being confident with cars and able to do any work I have the tools for such as handbrake adjustment, Glen was the first mechanic who has spoken to me properly rather than dull down his explanations or ask for my husband/father. This was both rare and refreshing.
