Mechanic turned up on 12 Nov for appointment on 26th Nov, I don t think it was his fault !! Luckily it was convenient to get the job done.

Have sent email from my wife's email address advising that Mr Barooty of Autobot has removed additional funds without my permission from my bank account, He wanted to charge additional hours for work. His mechanic was unable to carry out the work due to physical inability and without appropriate tools. He wasted over 2 and a half hours chatting and waiting for Mr Barooty to turn up to assist him. I am not liable to make payment for a mechanic who is sitting in his van and also on our lawn smoking, and unable to work. This is not the service that ClickMechanic advertises. I have now had to cancel my bank card to stop any further funds being stolen from my account, as it appears Mr Baroody feels that he can just help himself to my bank account.

We mutually agreed not to carry out the diagnostics. Mechanic was brilliant. Have been a little confused by some of the procedures and protocols. Following conversations over the phone things have not always been done.
