Dan was very knowledgeable and capable and did a sterling job of replacing the brake discs and pads all round on my Skoda Yeti 4x4. He was very interesting to chat to during the work. Would definitely use Klick Mechanic again as price was almost half the price of Skoda main agent.

Dan was very friendly and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what the problem was. Clickmechanic - your pricing was £20 for a priority Saturday or Sunday slot and said ifnyou were unable to get a mechanic to us in those days then the £20 wouldn't be charged. You haven't waived the £20 and haven't replied to my email enquiry regarding this either. Hence the 6 for you but Dan would definitely get 10/10
