I recently had the pleasure of hiring Dan for a ball joint inspection on my car, and I must say that the service I received was nothing short of outstanding. Not only did he exhibit a high level of professionalism and expertise, but his integrity truly stood out during the entire process.

Initially, my vehicle was making a persistent squeaky noise over bumps and when turning the wheel whilst stationary or at a slow speed, which led me to believe that the ball joint needed attention. A mechanic in France agreed with the diagnosis but said I could drive the car home to the UK before getting it fixed (time was pressing). Over the past few weeks, the noise has become less noticeable and, when Dan arrived, he conducted a comprehensive examination and found that there was, in fact, nothing wrong with the ball joint.
