Audi A3 Alternator replacement

Andy was absolutely terrific. He was very punctual, called in advance to say exactly when he was arriving. Upon arrival he was very friendly, and explained everything in detail. He proceeded to diagnose the issue again to make sure the work is 100% needed. After successfully carrying out the work, he explained in detail what to look out for and showed the work he's carried out.
