Micheal was superb, explained the fault and what is going to do in detail. ....Really happy with the work.

Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable quickly identifying and fixing the problem. He didn't just fix the problem but also explained how the problem arose, the possible outcomes and advised further steps to take to ensure the issue didn't happen again. Michael even provided pictures to provide to my garage mechanic(who may have been the cause of the problem) so that they can take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Michael knew what he was talking about and conveyed it really well. Very pleasant and easy to chat to.

The gentleman that came to see me was really nice and dealt with me in a kind manner explaining things really well. The only problem I have is he had said for things to try but didn’t feel I truely fit what I paid for which was a diagnosis. I did as he suggested and gave my car a service ie: changing the oil and filter and also cleaning the pick up but the issue I had is still current. I just abit like I have spent £80 and I’m no further on as to what the issue is on my car.

Michael was genuinely amazing. Knowledgeable and thorough, he made sure I understood what was going on and how he was going to try and find the cause before doing anything. He also gave further advice for me to consider that would be helpful moving forward. Definitely recommend and I will be calling on him in the future!!
