Imran arrived within the time slot and after a brief chat about what was involved (Fiesta clutch replacement) and a check of the car to confirm the diagnosis he set about the work. I popped out to check all was going to plan, he showed the parts replaced, etc. The work was completed well within time, we both had a test dive and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Imran did call to let me know the update regarding my repair. Imran advised there was a part purchased for my replacement faulty part he should of shown the faulty part and left the box/container of the old one as proof of purchase just something to add going forward.

Polite and friendly. Worked quickly and quietly. Left me the old parts, which suggests he’s happy for me to see the detail. I’m happy with the job done.
