Imran was great and carried out a speedy and efficient change of the clutch. The only reason I marked down punctuality was that the part required was unavailable for the slot that your engineer booked with us however he communicated this in the appointment slot, managed to get the part and then arrived later in the day to carry out the repair. Result being the clutch was changed today which was great and Imran was a very nice guy too.

Imran is fab. On time, friendly and efficient. Found the fault and explained in layman's terms what was happening and what was needed. No pressure, hard sell or inflated prices to fix (or lies about umpteen other 'faults' with much head shaking and sucking of air through teeth!!) as some garages do. 5 star service.

Simply amazing, alternator replacement booked in the evening, next morning changed in my driveway, no recovery, and dodgy garages, instant quote and job done!!!

Amrin (mechanic) kept in touch with me throughout the day with updates whilst I was at work. Very pleased with work done and the peace of mind we have now the car is repaired.
