My only grip is the communication side of things. A quick sms to say there are delays in the part arriving etc., would have helped me in moving things around to accommodate the later arrival for the work to be carried out.

Yes they did a great job. However, I was told that my appointment was between 9-11 and arranged my plans around that time. The mechanic called me at 10.40 to let me know he was coming at between 1pm and 2 pm. At 1.30 still hadn’t heard from the mechanic so I phoned them to check what time he would be coming and he finally came at 14.30. I know things happen in life and we might be delayed for what ever reason but it would have be helpful if I was notified earlier and kept up to date about their were about. Otherwise, I’m happy with the service.

Absolutely the most knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic I've spoken with in years. Punctual, carried out the repairs and explained everything in detail without jargon. Really appreciate the work.
