I cancelled my booking which was the slot given and agreed upon because it was not honoured 1 December 2020 4 pm to 6 pm I wrote to ask for no more booking on same day by email. A mechanic turned up today at 10.15 am 2 December 2020 where I informed I had no booking with him. He left and I have subsequently received an email telling me I have been charged £42.60 and to contact him by phone. I have and he was rude dismissive and not bothered I have asked for refund and will contact my bank and trading standards. I will take legal action if I don’t get redress

In regards to your recent complaint. I attended a job this morning as per my bookings however as this information was not corresponded over to me I was unaware of any cancellations made. As per company policy In the event that you cancel your booking/order a cancellation fee will be put in place as our term and condition.
