Very pleased so far. The work was only done today but no issues whatsoever. Shane knew what he was talking about and I felt comfortable leaving him to complete the job. It still has not really sunk in how easy the process was. My only concern when booking was giving my card details over the internet before the job was done but it worked out well. ClickMechanic charged what was agreed and done it in the time agreed - will be my first point of call in the future.

Last Thursday my car failed the MOT as one of the two rear suspension spring coils was broken and the prospect of the weekend without the car was ugly.

BUT FORTUNATELY... Shane came very punctual next day to save my day (and my weekend) and in 30ish minutes (less than the 45 minutes he estimated) the repair was professionally done and dusted, my car had two new spring coils installed on the rear suspension and, two hours later, the car passed the MOT retest as everything was up-to their satisfaction! I am a very happy customer! Kudos to Shane!

Shane Thomas Enfield came to replace all four brake disks and pads. When he left, he asked me if I park my car in gear [because my drive is on a slope]. I said yes. Next day when I went to start the car the car rolled back with full hand brake on. I asked him to return and sort the hand brake. He came but whilst he was completing his task, the car rolled back, injuring his wrist and damaging the car. He said he will get in touch but hasn't done so far.
I hope he is well.
