Shane arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time which wasn't a problem as I was at home all day. He arrived and departed with a smile, something you rarely see from mobile contractors these days. I was so impressed with his eagerness to find a solution to a problem I had with the suspension, I gave him a tip because CM takes 25% commission which is way too high! Overall, there was nothing wrong with the suspension and the focus pointed to the front alloy wheel that might be bent after hitting a kerb a few weeks ago. Shane was friendly, answered every question I threw at him, he definitely knows what he's doing and talking about. I saved his contact details just in case. Highly recommended. Read more
